Why do we farm mussels ?
Reason 1: Consistent Supply
Unlike wild mussels Great Eastern knows just how manny mussels we will be able to harvest because we've been raising them from seed. This also avoid overfishing of wild resources because we only sell farmed mussel from our farms untill the farms are empty and need to be re-seeded.
